Today, the stigma associated with Autism has resulted in the current 80 - 90% unemployment rate and 70% dependent living rate for those diagnosed. Autism Shifts is creating a new reality for our Autism Community through specialized training/workshops/ programs, access to resources and connection opportunities for individuals diagnosed with Autism and their Parents/Caregivers/Families. In addition, we are also a resource partner for businesses that want to hire individuals with Autism or serve their internal employees within the community.
