WINDOVER APARTMENTS PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR PERSONS ON LOW OR FIXED INCOMES WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD INDEPENDENT HOUSING. THESE LOW INCOME HOUSING UNITS ARE OFFERED TO PERSONS IN CRITICAL NEED DUE TO DISABILITY, ELDER AGE, SINGLE PARENT, OR LOW FIXED INCOMES.
