RESIDENTIAL SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE REAL HOMES FOR REAL PEOPLE. INDIVIDUALS NEEDS ARE MET WITH SUPPORT, COMPASSION AND A SENSE OF FAMILY. BOTH COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHAB (CRR) AND COMMUNITY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CLA) OFFER 24 HOUR THERAPEUTIC CARE TO STABILIZE AND PROMOTE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. MODERATE CARE PROVIDES LEVELS OF INTERMITTENT SUPPORT AS INDICATED BY THE INDIVIDUALS TREATMENT PLANS AND GOALS. FAMILY LIVING THROUGH THE LIFE SHARING PROGRAM AND HOST HOME FOR CHILDREN PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INCLUSION AND INTEGRATION INTO A SINGLE FAMILY. SUPPORTED AND SUPPORTIVE LIVING ALLOWS THE INDIVIDUAL TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT SETTING WITH SUPPORT AS NEEDED.
