Assist persons with disabilities to become participating members of the community through the following services: vocational rehabilitation, life skills and supported employment.

Pre-vocational services provide vocational training through work situations. These programs afford the opportunity to improve existing skills, learn new ones and practice them in an environment which is less demanding than competitive employment. Wages are based on non-disabled production standards, but at levels which reflect each individual's ability. 117 individuals served. Staff to participant ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:15
