For children, adults and families in Northeast Ohio impacted by epilepsy we will raise awareness in the community, provide education, advocacy and direct services that lead to an increased understanding of the disorder and to better management of the condition, resilience, personal fulfillment, independence and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the community.

Patient services: The Association provides community case management and mental health assessment services to adult clients who are affected by epilepsy. Clients meet with agency social workers to establish individualized goals. Plans are established to assist client in meeting those needs. An emphasis is placed on consumer choice, maintaining medical stability, and improving the quality of life for clients. In 2018, there were 375 adults who received case management and other social services.
