KEYSTONE FIRST KF-In 2018 PPF received 243 referrals of KF members. 53 members opted-out from the service due to having a sufficient support system. 190 members were captured and were provided antepartum care, assistance with their prenatal, WIC, dental and behavioral health appointments, one-on-one, non-judgmental, in-home practical support, childbirth education, parenting skills, meal preparation and household organization. December 2018, KF hosted a Philadelphia Eagles event. The event allowed for PPF staff and its doulas to introduce the DBMS Program to KF eligible members. PPF distributed information about doula supported pregnancy along with items needed for newborn care to new and expectant moms throughout the 5-hour event.
