THESE REPORTS WERE REVIEWED BY LVHN EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP AT EACH CAMPUS, AND INITIAL HEALTH NEEDS WERE PRIORITIZED BASED ON THE COMMUNITIES INPUT AND LVHN'S ABILITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON THAT HEALTH NEED.
