About this organization
Mission
Our goal is to offer a non intimidating, comfortable atmosphere for those who have never exercised, those who are returning after a long period of time, and the conditioned population. The Aerobic Center is unique in that we cater to first time exercisers, kids, seniors and the mentally /physically challenged, by offering supervised monthly programs to assist and encourage them with the transition to a lifelong commitment of good health. By educating the members we believe we can change the reason to exercise. Exercise to prevent disease!
