About this organization
Mission
PATH's mission is to guide people on a positive path to change, through quality counseling, treatment & education.
About
The organization was established to provide intensive day treatment services to delinquents and status offenders and to prepare those youth for reintegration into the community by providing quality counseling and treatment services at its locations throughout eastern, central, and northeastern Pennsylvania. For the year ending June 30, 2018, revenue from day treatment services did decline overall, but the Scranton center's IA program did see an increase in clients services of about 8% over the fiscal year. Scranton's IA program operated at or near full capacity for every month from July 2017 to March 2018. As a result of this success, effective 3/28/2018, the state licensing agency increased the capacity for the Scranton location from 20 to 30.
