Assistance to collies who need homes including providing a temporary foster home, needed veterinary and other care and placement in a new permanent home. During this fiscal year, we started with 6 collies in our care. We took in an additional 44 collies (including 8 collie puppies born to a foster dog) and found new homes for 33 of them. 1 collie (an older, permanent foster dog) died of old age while in our care. 16 collies (including the 8 puppies) remained in our foster care network at May 31, 2019.
