Surgical services in the form of direct inpatient and outpatient care are provided by physicians, surgeons, and other health care professionals to patients and patients of Virtua Health, which is an organization described in sections 501(c)(3) and 170(b)(1)(a)(iii) of the Internal Revenue Code.
