Empowering individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of independence, wellness and attainment of meaningful employment. Founded in 1959, Inroads to Opportunities, formerly the Occupational Center of Union County, has been dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities. A not-for-profit 501(c)3 agency serving greater Union County and surrounding areas, Inroads provides programs and services to over 400 disabled individuals each year ranging in age from 16 through retirement and beyond, the overwhelming majority of whom are economically disadvantaged. Services include job readiness training, resume building, interview prep, job training, coaching & shadowing, ticket to work, long term follow along, trial work experience, school to work transition. www.inroadsto.org
