Mission

We facilitate relationships, dialogue & learning between social change agents around the world. Our Partner organizations use our platform to recruit volunteers and interns, raise funds, and connect with each other, while individuals use the platform to find international volunteer and internship opportunities, raise funds, and receive accredited online training and mentorship. Through our EdGE program, we help universities, schools, and nonprofits reimagine and reinvent their global social impact efforts in ways that disrupt paternalism and inequality and strive for more radical learning and social change.

About

Grants to international partner organizations and to volunteers from outside the United States. Omprakash conducts an ongoing vetting process through which it builds partnerships with grassorrts health, education and environmental organizations around the world. Then it allows these partner organizations to raise funds via the Ompradash website. At its sole discretion, Omprakash then transfers funds to partners as appropriate. Funds are used to support partner projects such as schools in Costa Rica, health clinics in Uganda, and disaster relief. Omprakash also offers occasional volunteer grants to volunteers from outside the US who seek to work with Omprakash partners.
