Completed phase 1 of the Kirk Road CLT Homes Project comprised of three (3) 2bd/2ba homes, one (1) 4bd/2ba home, and two (2) attached 3bd/2ba homes. The project was financed with a $654,767 federal home CHDO loan from Palm Beach County and a $1 million dollar construction loan from the Palm Beach County Housing Finance Authority. Completed the rehabilitation of 702 Latona Ave in the city of Lake Worth. This home will be sold to a household whose income is at or below 50% of the AMI. Made 80 affordable rental housing units available to households with incomes ranging from 30% AMI to 120% AMI at Davis Landings, La Joya Villages and the CLT of PBC's lease with an option to purchase program. Sold 20 affordable houses under the community land trust model of homeownership to eligible families with incomes below 80% AMI. Provided housing related services to 657 walk in clients. Provided stewardship services to 56 community land trust households. Held 11 community land trust orientations.
