A PRIMARY FOCUS OF THE ALLIANCE FOR LAW AND LIBERTY (ALL) CHARTER IS TO EDUCATE OUR STATE LEGISLATORS AND THEIR CONSTITUENTS, AS WELL AS OUR OWN CONSTITUENCY, REGARDING ISSUES AFFECTING FAMILIES, ABORTION, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY IN OUR STATE.THROUGH ITS CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT DEFENSE FUND, ALL CONTINUES TO SERVE AS COUNSEL OF RECORD IN SEVERAL LAWSUITS SEEKING TO CLARIFY FAMILY LAW ISSUES THAT HAVE ARISEN AS A RESULT OF THE SUPREME COURT'S DECISION IN OBERGEFELL V. HODGES. IT WAS ABLE TO TAKE PART IN AND SUPPORT OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY IN SUBMITTING AMICI BRIEFS TO FEDERAL COURTS IN SUPPORT OF FAMILY, MARRIAGE, LIFE AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY. THIS YEAR ALL HELPED LAUNCH A NEW EDUCATIONAL EFFORT CALLED GOD-GIVEN MARRIAGE. ITS PURPOSE WAS TO EDUCATE TENNESSEANS ON THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES REGARDING THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT'S DECISION IN OBERGEFELL V. HODGES. THIS IS A MULTIFACETED CAMPAIGN CONSISTING OF A HOST WEBSITE FOR EDUCATIONAL VIDEOS, AND WRITTEN CONTENT. ALL CONTINUES ITS MISSION AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE THROUGH A WEEKLY COMMENTARY, AND SYNOPSIS OF NEWS STORIES RELATED TO MARRIAGE, FAMILY, LIFE, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY EMAILED TO OVER 15,000 TENNESSEANS; A NEWSLETTER ON THE SAME SUBJECT TO ABOUT 1,500 TENNESSEANS; A BRIEFING PROVIDING A BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW UNDERSTANDING OF ISSUES RELATED TO MARRIAGE, FAMILY, LIFE, AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY THAT WERE TO BE UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE TENNESSEE'S GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN 2019; AND A WEEKLY PODCAST CALLED GOD, LAW & LIBERTY THAT IS NOW AVAILABLE THROUGH ALL MAJOR PODCAST DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS.
