CSRA Heat Jr. Olympic Volleyball is a member of the USA Volleyball Organization. The Heat is a grassroots organization which provides volleyball training and skill develop through team participation and clinics. Teams practice twice weekly during the months of November-March and participate in sanction events for Club volleyball teams in the state of South Carolina with additional elite events in Georgia, NC, or Florida. Our traveling teams (usually 15-17 in number with about 10 girls per team) include girls ages 12-18 in age. Developmental clinics for girls 10-18 age held through out the year and reach about 100 additional girls. Our sanction season for traveling teams runs from December through March. We host an event for about 100 other teams from SC and GA in February or March of each year. A regional wrap-up event is held in April.
