The 2018 RN survey was conducted by the state on over 77,000 licensed registered nurses. WCN contracted researchers and statistician, who analyzed these data and produced a full report of findings and recommendations for the workforce. This report & its accompanying summary brochure have been posted to the website, printed, and disseminated widely. The 9th annual statewide conference--Wisconsin primary care: emerging roles, challenges, and barriers was sponsored by WCN and held at Waukesha County Technical College. WCN served as a diversity consultant to Marquette University College of Nursing Project BEYOND-2 --a Health Resources and Services Administration grant targeted at recruiting and retaining nursing students from economically and educationally disadvantaged backgrounds including underrepresented minorities. The consultation includes annual diversity training of the project team and faculty
