To reduce the unwanted cat population without killing and to stop the suffering of the thousands of kittens born to abandoned, homeless cats. This is done through Trap/Neuter/Return(TNR). Additionally, we find homes for socialized cats through our adoption centers in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
