Provide housing for serious and persistent mentally ill (SPMI) adults in Darke, Miami, and Shelby counties. Community housing manages 35 co-operative apartments owned by Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services which offer safe, affordable, and permanent independent living. Additionally, community housing provides subsidized housing to eligible clients in independent apartments with private landlords. The agency also offers a subsidy for supervised adult care facilities. During 2018, community housing provided 31 vouchers for subsidized housing and 18 subsidies for adult care facilities.
