The property of the Trust shall be used at all times for religious, charitable and educational purposes, and specifically: 1)to preserve, replace, maintain, protect, insure, restore and care for the said building, 2)to preserve, replace, maintain, protect, insure, restore and care for the other property, either purchased or constructed, hereinafter acquired for the purpose of enriching and promoting the activities of the donor, 3)to permit, under catastrophic circumstances, the Trustee, in its absolute discretion, and at the request of the donor's board of directors, to apply a portion of the principal to restore or replace the said building, and hereinafter acquired building or buildings, or any portion thereof, and 4)to provide for the payment of the costs of the administration of the donor corporation and of the Trust.
