Since 1977, we have produced quality, affordable housing for families, seniors and those with special needs. Committed to the principles of fair housing, Belmont administers a variety of housing and community development programs for municipalities, develops and manages affordable housing, offers housing-related educational programs and technical assistance, and provides housing counseling and financial education throughout Western New York.
