To teach and provide health care for pre-school aged children who are diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.

About

The special needs preschool program is the Mid-Hudson's largest provider of services to children from 18 months to 5 years, serving those diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. The program offers the only center-based program for autistic preschool-aged children in Dutchess County. The center for communication disorders provides early intervention services for children from birth to 3 years of age, in addition to evaluation and treatment for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing. The organization declared bankruptcy on January 31, 2014 and is in the process of liquidating.
