Community residence - programs which are group homes and apartments within Warren and Washington counties where individuals with psychiatric disabilities live while developing skills needed for independence. Each program offers different levels of support toward a person's effort to achieve well-being. Services promote a person's capabilities through companionship, education, counseling, vocational training and respite; they reduce costly hospitalizations by providing caring and skilled intervention in times of crisis. Program services are available to those 18 years or older with the duration of stay based on the needs of the individual. Approximately 59 individuals served per month.
