As part of the organization's comprehensive screening and matching process, over 2,200 background checks, 1,300 reference and landlord checks, and facilitation of over 115 in-home introductions between potential matches was done. For those matches, homeshare participants received an affordable place to live paying an average rent of $296 per month by exchanging nearly 22,000 hours of assistance to those individuals who shared their homes.
