Every day, at more than 100 mental health and substance abuse programs across New York City, we see that we do works – people do get better with us. Mental health residential services- this program provides supportive housing for people with serious mental illness in the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Queens. Over 1400 men, women and children live in ICL residences and the subsidized rental apartment program with the support of case manager counselors.
