2. Maccabi USA builds Jewish pride through sports, producing the emotional intensity, high ideals and powerful camaraderie of competition. As a Zionist organization, we connect athletes, volunteers, fans and supporters with the global Jewish community. Our athletic, educational and cultural experiences build Jewish identity, perpetuate Jewish continuity worldwide and strengthen support for the State of Israel.

Programming included: sending a delegation of approximately 200 athletes aged 13 to 16 and support team members (management, medical, security, etc.) to the inaugural Maccabi Youth Games in Haifa, Israel; domestic alumni engagement in multiple locations throughout the United States for alumni of all ages; and, preparations for a total of 700 delegation members to the Pan American (Mexico City, Mexico) and European (Budapest, Hungary) Maccabi Games which are to take place in the summer of 2019.
