MEMBER SERVICES: Provided information and support to members through policy/advocacy initiatives, legislative/regulatory activities and technical support/development. Major projects were Voluntary Health Agency (VHA) Standards of Excellence certification, government relations representatives retreat, VHA affinity group chief officers activities and meetings (medical, financial, development, communications, government relations, and legal affairs), member revenue survey, member management compensation survey, international alliance of patient organizations, social networking community outreach, senior management presentations/panels, member engagement reporting and website development/member job bank.
