The mission of Interlocking Communities, Inc. (ICI) is to address issues arising from poverty and lack of job skills for non-English speaking residents in Gwinnett County. The programs offered by ICI are educational and target high risk, school age children and their families.

About

Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) - This program is offered during the regular school year and utilizes curriculum by the State of Georgia. Three to four certified school teachers conduct weekly sessions to improve the students' ability to understand and speak English. Approximately 60-100 people from various countries participate in this program annually.
