Bric is the New York Emmy Award-winning public access television organization for Brooklyn, New York. We offer low-cost media production classes and free access to television production facilities. We air community-produced free speech content on our cable network, and in-house content focused on Brooklyn. In 2019, there were over 8,900 separate uses of our community media equipment and studios and about 8,450 shows submitted for airing on public access television. Approximately 9,500 people attended free or low-cost classes in our adult education program at Bric and at the Brooklyn Public Library branches. In addition, Bric TV produced about 540 hours of programming about Brooklyn.
