Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

The three basic types of programs are: Community based - involves volunteers (Bigs) who provide opportunities for the youths (Littles) to enjoy the companionship of a caring adult outside of the home and school in various cultural, educational and receational types of activities; school based - involves volunteers who provide Littles with one on one time and attention in their school settings, typically for at least one hour per week during the academic year; Workplace Mentoring - involves volunteers who provide one on one mentoring at the workplace twice monthly where Littles learn about the business, careers, and educational requirements.
