Health Care Connections - A healthy community is one that thrives. Family Centers' extensive network of primary health and mental health clinics, behavioral and mental health programs, education and support services, breaks down the barriers associated with accessing quality health care, and empowers residents to make their communities stronger. Family Centers health care provided primary medical, dental and mental health services to 1,250 patients. Many of these patients are either covered by Medicaid or are uninsured. Though our various clinics and locations we provided 19,442 mental health therapy sessions last year. 1,973 Stamford public schools students received medical, dental and mental health services via school based health centers.
