The purpose of the WFA is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for children to learn and participate in sports. WFA is open to high school students in the town of Westport and is successfully running programs for over 200 children. Our programs teach sportsmanship, cooperative learning, team concepts, encourage athletic activity, provide a healthy outlet, and provide an outlet for children to excel outside of academics. Most of our programs run year round to encourage physical fitness and positive self-image.
