Resident services and housing development and management. Acquired a 33-unit property. Provided asset management services for residents in 506 units of rental housing. Conducted the annual resident survey to identify resident needs and guide community center program development. Produced and distributed a monthly newsletter to 502 households to increase their knowledge of events and resources in the neighborhood. In collaboration with the Boston Police Department and the property management company, coordinated a cookout/block party promoting healthy food access. Partnered with West End House to provide turkeys for 20 families and with Toys for Tots to distribute toys to 70 children for the holidays. Provided regular opportunities to participate in social activities and wellness classes through bi-weekly coffee hours and weekly yoga classes.
