About

The Dana House Museum and Research Library interpret the history of Woodstock, Vermont and the surrounding area. Housed in a historic Federal style house that was built in 1807, the museum's collection includes: antique furniture, fine art, clothing, textiles, silver, ceramics, photographs and early American toys. The museum is open to the public on a seasonal basis. The research library is open to the public year round. To further promote history education, the organization offers a variety of programs including: history camps for children, a monthly lecture series, historic reenactments and local history publications.
