Programs: invasive plant management at the town's Big Rock Nature Preserve and general support to the Kilham Bear Center and Lyme Congregational Church. The Pearl Dimick Fund was used to support 10 individuals/families in financial need for children's summer camp tuition and utility expenses. The Chaffee Fund awarded grants to five individuals/families in financial need for children's summer camp tuition and utility expenses. Using a gift from the estate of Freda and Hank Swan, longtime residents of Lyme who sought to support the Lyme community by advancing the work of the Lyme Foundation, the Lyme Foundation created a special fund in their honor and awarded $300,000 for projects addressing innovation, town infrastructure and natural areas and recreation in Lyme, as well as strengthening existing Lyme organizations.
