In order to achieve our vision, we pursue the following activities: - We offer free and paid capacity building services to help organizations "stay healthy" in their digital practices, develop strategic technology skills and capacity, and follow intentional, sustainable paths to effective technology utilization; - We provide strategic services and support to all stakeholders in civil society and human rights technology ecosystems, including free and open technology and data projects, philanthropic and institutional funders, and nonprofit and NGO technology decision makers; - We provide fiscal sponsorship, including project incubation, full back-office support, strategic advising, revenue modelling and fundraising support, long-term organizational development and advising on 501(c)3 incorporation; - We design and facilitate unique and collaborative nonprofit technology convenings, to date almost 800 in over 50 countries over the past 19+ years.
