Finding the donation you want your employer to match on Daffy is a straightforward process. Daffy has made it incredibly easy to increase your impact through corporate matching. Here's how you can do it:
1. Find the donation you’d like your employer to match on daffy.org and click “View,” or if you're using our app, just tap it.
2. Click or tap “Get Receipt” and download the receipt.
3. Upload it to your employer matching portal or send it to your HR department to request the match.
If you want all your donations to be matched, you can download the donations report from the Donations tab and select the year you'd like. Remember, every employer has its own matching policy, and most will only match donations you make to charities through your donor-advised fund (DAF), not the contributions you make to your DAF.
However, if your employer does match DAF contributions, you can get those matched by using your Tax Summary report, which is available year-round on Daffy. Just go to the Contributions tab, click on Tax Summary, download the one for the current year, and upload it to your employer matching portal to request the match.
