If you're using the Daffy app, navigate to Settings (the gear symbol in the top right of the screen), tap on “Help” and finally “Delete Account.” If you're using the Daffy website, click on your avatar (top right), then "Membership." Once on the membership screen, click "Cancel Membership." Before you proceed with closing your account, we recommend you: 1. Donate your remaining balance to a charity of your choice. If you’d like to give to more than one charity, please submit each donation separately. 2. Download your Tax Summary report and donations receipts from the Contributions section on the app or web. 3. If there is another member on this account, they will be notified, but they will also need to cancel their membership.
