Adding family members or a financial advisor to your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) on Daffy is a straightforward process. If you're already a Daffy member, you can add your financial advisor by navigating to "Settings" on daffy.org or our app, clicking “Family & Members” and selecting “Add Members.” From there, simply enter your advisor's contact information and Daffy will send an email and/or text to your advisor to get started. If you're not yet a Daffy member, you can sign up and add your advisor during the account creation process by clicking the “Family” membership. This membership allows you to invite your partner, children, grandchildren, siblings, and anyone else you consider family to give with you on your fund. Adding family members to your Daffy fund is just as easy. Go to Settings on the Daffy app and then tap Family. If you're on the web, go to daffy.org/settings/family. Select the Family membership and you can then invite family members to join your family fund by sending them an email invitation. Daffy is designed with families in mind, supporting up to 24 members under one fund, and anyone 13 and over can be a member. Each family member will get their own secure Daffy account, allowing them to follow the charities that are most meaningful to them, request donations for approval, and receive notifications whenever anyone in your family makes a new donation.
