In response to the question, "Can churches or places of worship be added to Daffy?" the answer is a resounding yes! Daffy, an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) organization, allows you to make a donation recommendation to a church, synagogue, mosque, or any other religious organization, as long as it meets the criteria outlined in our Member Agreement. Religious institutions are typically automatically eligible as tax-exempt organizations. Many do not file regular paperwork with the IRS, which means they may not show up in our database but are still eligible for a donation recommendation. If you want to make a donation to a religious institution and don't see it listed on Daffy, you can easily add it. Daffy is more than just a financial service.
