Turns out when you automate your giving, putting money aside for charity, when you set a goal, the research says that you actually end up giving more, something like 32% more, and that's a big number.
In the US, the US in 2020 gave about $476 billion to charity, and $331 billion of that came from individuals.
So we're not talking about big companies, we're talking about foundations.
Talking about individuals, it's a huge number, but 32% more would mean an extra $100 billion a year.
So to me, that was said, okay, there really is value to be created here.
Like if organizations had $100 billion more a year to work with, there's a lot of good that they could do with that.
