Team 65roses, our name for our awareness-raising and fundraising runners and walkers participated in various endurance events of their choosing. More than 90 people participated in events on our behalf, with many raising money through peer-to-peer solicitations of donations and raising awareness for cystic fibrosis through signs, shirts, and pamphlets. As we promoted our team we also promoted the benefits of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle, particularly for individuals with cystic fibrosis.
