FOR EXAMPLE, AMIKIDS SETS COMPREHENSIVE PAY PLAN POLICIES, ADMINISTERS THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY AND SETS COMPETITIVE BID PROCESSES FOR THE GROUP MEMBERS. AMIKIDS' JUVENILE JUSTICE PROGRAMS OFFER AN ATTRACTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO JUVENILE INCARCERATION THAT IS LESS EXPENSIVE AND MORE EFFECTIVE THAN INCARCERATION.
